Lamb Sausage and Feta Spread
Lamb Sausage and Feta Cheese platter

8 slices of white bread
½ lb. Lamb Sausage (2 links)
½ cup feta cheese spread

Preheat oven to 350 ºF.

Remove casing from lamb sausage and crumble the meat. Brown the meat in 2 tablespoons of liquid (e.g. red wine, vinegar, beer). Drain and cool.

Remove crusts and slice bread into four squares. Place squares on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Mix the meat with the feta cheese spread and put a heaping teaspoon on each square of bread.

Bake at 350 ºF. for 15 minutes or until the toast begins to brown at the edges.
