| Stuffed Pasta Shells |
2 cooked lamb sausage links, sliced and chopped in a food processor
15 large pasta shells cooked for about 10 minutes and cooled
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon oregano
Favorite tomato sauce
Grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Mix meat, cheese, egg and oregano together. Put a small layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch pan. Stuff the shells with the meat mixture and put in a single layer in the pan. Drizzle with more tomato sauce and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 ºF oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
